The 'Effervescent energy drink'
This one is a creation of the Lorna Jane team from a few years back. It's light and refreshing, as well as being a natural pick me up!
You'll need:
Slice strawberries lengthways, keeping a few aside to use as a garnish. Chop peaches into cube sized bits. Combine fruit, mint leaves, honey and apple cider vinegar in a jar and leave to stand for 30 mins at room temperature. Add this into 1L of sparkling mineral water and stir well. Serve in mason jars with ice, a sprig of mint, a strawberry and lemon slice. https://www.movenourishbelieve.com/recipes/the-effervescent-energy-drink-a-natural-pick-me-up/ Strawberry peachy crush
We were away for the weekend and bought a whole lot of strawberries at the farmer's market that were super cheap. We felt like something fruity and fresh, so blitzed them up with a few things in our hotel room and were happy with the final result.
You'll need:
Take leaves off strawberries and blend everything together. Quantities depend on how strong you'd like it to taste, but I would add a shot of the peach schnapps per mason jar. Leave the peach schnapps out for a mocktail version. Coconut, watermelon + strawberry slushie
Similar to the daiquiris above but with added strawberry, and the bonus of being a mocktail. Perfect summery drink!

Frangelico watermelon crush
You might notice I have a few recipes with watermelon.. I tend to try and create a few different things with it when it's cheap and in season! Most of my recipes are super simple too! It's so versatile and is the perfect refreshing ingredient for so many drinks, both alcoholic or non alcoholic. I don't really drink often anymore but these were one of my favourite DIY fruity cocktails.
You'll need:
Watermelon + coconut daquiris
We made these for my hens weekend away, so delicious! I'm not a huge lover of super sweet syrup based drinks so I loved the freshness of the watermelon.
